Who We Are

Volpe Law was founded in the Denver, Colorado metro area in 2020 with a clear goal: to build the kind of law firm we’d actually want to hire — and work at.

After years of seeing how traditional firms operated, Ben Volpe set out to create something better. A place that values people over pretense. That fights hard but treats everyone with respect. That says the hard thing when it’s the right thing — even if it’s not the easy thing.

Volpe Law helps businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs solve problems, manage risk, and win disputes — with straightforward advice and tenacious courtroom representation when it counts.

We serve business owners, property owners, and entrepreneurs who want smart, honest legal strategy — not fluff, not confusion, and not endless bills with no direction. We exist to provide real solutions, not just legalese. We are not a bargain basement firm, do not have the lowest billable rates, nor the lowest retainers — and that is by design.

Our lawyers counsel and represent clients in various disputes including commercial litigation, construction law, mechanics’ liens, real estate law, business law & breach of contract. And, we also assist clients with fractional outside general counsel services, which often includes contract review, contract drafting, risk management, compliance, and negotiations. Our deep litigation experience informs our general counsel practice.
